At Tom’s Plant Pots, we want you to be completely happy with your order. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Your Right to Cancel (UK Customers)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

You then have a further 14 days to return the items to us.

Please include your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging
  • You must provide proof of purchase

We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it.

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days.

Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.

Original delivery charges will be refunded in line with UK consumer regulations (standard delivery only).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the damage (if applicable)

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
