Orders placed after 2pm may be processed on the next working day.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We currently ship within the United Kingdom.

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are typically:

  • Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery location.

Any free shipping promotions will be clearly stated on the Website.

4. Delays

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues, high demand periods, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

We are not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery services.

5. Incorrect Address Details

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that delivery information is accurate at the time of purchase.

We cannot be held responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

6. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at:

We will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
